Tour of Nikko (a World Heritage Site) by bus, visiting
- Toshogu Shrine (build in 1617 as the mausoleum of the shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu)
- Tokugawa’s tombs
- Kegon Waterfall
Day 5
Tokyo – Kamakura – Yokohama – Hakone
Transfer to Hakone via Kamakura, the capital of Japan from 1185 to 1333
Visit the outdoor Great Buddha statue in Kamakura, an amazing example of Buddhist culture, as well as Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and Yokohama Chinatown, the biggest Chinatown in Japan

Hakone – Mt. Fuji – Kyoto
Tour of Mt. Fuji (a World Heritage Site) and Hakone by bus, visiting Mt. Fuji 5th Station, cruising on Lake Ashi, and taking the cable car to Owakudani (the “boiling valley”)
Transfer to Kyoto by Shinkansen
