~~~ TEMPORAL REGULAR MAIL SUSPENSION ~~~
As busy holiday season is upon us, we must suspend our complimentary mail service between December 13, 2019 and January 5, 2020. If you would like to place any orders during this period, you must choose an Xpresspost shipping option. Thank you for your cooperation.
~~~ IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DOCUMENT EXCHANGE ~~~
On occasions, you may enter Japan via automated gates at Tokyo (Narita and Haneda) airports, Chubu Centrair (Nagoya) and Kansai (Osaka) airports. You must request an entry sticker (stamp) to be placed on your passport. Otherwise, you won’t be able to exchange your JR pass exchange order without this sticker (stamp).
If your departure out of Canada is less than 10 days, please call us to place an order as
we may need to utilize a different shipping method. Generally, if you reside in a big city, it should take 2 – 4 business days (It may take 1 – 2 extra business days during the busy holiday season) as long as you choose a Canada Post Xpresspost shipping option. If you have enough time before departure, we can provide a FREE SHIPPING by regular mail at your own risk.
Please note that an exchange order (Japan Rail Pass) is not an electric document. As such, we need to forward a paper document to you. Once your order has been processed, we will email you to confirm the final cost and the tracking number if you choose a Canada Post Xpresspost shipping.
Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. (Toronto: 905-670-8710 or 1-800-463-7723) (Vancouver: 604-638-9400 or 1-800-663-1693). Closed Weekends, Statutory Holidays, Easter Monday and Remembrance Day. Toronto office is open on Remembrance Day.
~~~Japanese nationals with Canada PR cards ~~~
JR Group has the rights to amend the conditions, and this conditional sale ends at the end of year 2020. Click HERE for further details (Japanese).
