There are 2 kinds of free tickets (tax and service charge extra)

ROUND-TRIP FIXED MILEAGE OR ONE-WAY FIXED MILEAGE

A small percentage of available seats on each flight is allocated for these rewards. The sooner you book, the better chance you have your free seats. You must purchase tickets on round-trips or one-ways.

market fare flight rewards

There is no specific allocation for these rewards. All inventories are available, however, your required mileage points are much higher than FIXED MILEAGE Rewards. The required mileage depends on the availability of the flight. The more mileage points are required on the last minute bookings. One-way travels are permitted on these rewards.
